Crucial Conversations

Curating Conversations that Cultivate Curious and Compassionate Christian Faith

Why?

The Christian model for years has been "proclamational," which is to say that the fundamental belief undergirding any relationship is that I have a message that you need to hear.

This model ought to still be leveraged when it comes to being a prophetic voice for justice in this world. But this model cannot be used when it comes to understanding, learning, and truth-seeking. The next era of Christianity must be willing to engage in conversations, or it will slowly devolve into greater isolationism and irrelevancy.

Conversations, true conversations, on the other hand deeply value the process of an equal exchange of ideas and experiences so we can better understand our world, and better empathize with one another.
